Water Purifier
Q. No water is coming out of the water purifier.
Please check the following:
- Make sure that the Stop Valve on the orange tube or the source water supply valve is not closed.
- If only a very weak stream of water comes out of the faucet, check if the tank valve is closed.
- Check if the tube (hose) is bent or kinked.
- Check if water has accumulated inside the plastic bag holding the water purifier.
- If filters have not been replaced for a long time, water may not flow.

Q. Is the water storage tank safe?
The internal diaphragm is a pollution-free product manufactured under NSF oversight with FDA approval. Since only pure and clean water is stored, you can drink from it with complete peace of mind.
Q. Can I connect the water purifier to my refrigerator?
Yes, it is possible as long as there are no technical or safety issues. We provide a free connection service for our rental customers.
Bidet
Q. No water is coming out of the bidet.
- Check if the power is turned on
- Check if the source water supply valve is closed
- Check if the bidet seat occupancy sensor is operating correctly
Q. Is replacing the filter on a bidet necessary?
It blocks foreign substances coming from the water pipes to maintain hygiene and prevents minor product malfunctions.
Water Softener
Q. The water from the softener doesn’t feel smooth/slick.
Please check if there is enough salt in the brine tank and ensure that the power is connected. Run a manual regeneration if necessary.
Q. The salt level is not going down.
This may be due to salt bridging, where the salt clumps together. Break up the salt clumps so that they can submerge in the water.
General Knowledge
Q. What is the Reverse Osmosis (RO) method in water purifiers?
It is a state-of-the-art purification system that filters out heavy metals, viruses, bacteria, and other contaminants through a 0.0001-micron pore membrane, allowing only pure water and dissolved oxygen to pass through.
Q. Is water considered “dead water” if it lacks minerals?
Inorganic minerals found in water are difficult for the human body to absorb and can cause health issues like stones if consumed in excess. It is preferable to consume health-beneficial organic minerals through food, and in polluted environments, pure water remains the safest choice.
Rental / Membership
Q. Are there any benefits to paying rental fees in advance?
If you prepay for 1 year, you can receive a credit equivalent to one month’s rental fee.
Q. Are there any benefits for renting additional products?
Customers currently using our water purifier will receive a monthly discount of $5 upon renting an additional bidet.
